Aaron Lavine is an experienced trial lawyer who tirelessly advocates for justice on behalf of his clients. Aaron’s practice focuses on helping seriously injured people fight insurance companies and government entities. In addition, Aaron represents diverse businesses as plaintiffs in litigation matters, and also represents clients in entertainment, real property, and various other types of disputes. Aaron is responsible for achieving numerous seven-figure settlements for his clients and has successfully taken cases to significantly favorable verdicts at trial. As a result of his professional accomplishments, Aaron was named a Super Lawyers “Rising Star” in 2016 and 2017.
Aaron graduated from the UCLA School of Law. In law school, he was an award-winning moot court participant, completed the trial advocacy clinical program where he won his first trial, served on the UCLA Entertainment Law Review, volunteered for El Centro Legal, and served as an extern in federal court for Hon. William Q. Hayes. Aaron received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science, with High Honors, from the University of California at Santa Barbara.
Aaron is a member of the Consumer Attorneys of Los Angeles (CAALA), Consumer Attorneys of California (CAOC), and Association of Business Trial Lawyers (ABTL). He mentors college students as a director of the alumni corporation for Sigma Phi Epsilon at UCSB. Aaron also volunteers with shelter pets through Best Friends Animal Society and Los Angeles city shelters and works with high school students who hope to be the first in their families to attend college as part of Minds Matter Los Angeles.
