Four ACTS LAW Attorneys Named 2023 Rising Stars by Super Lawyers

ACTS LAW attorneys David Bederman, Joseph Finnerty, Farid Golshani, and Schyler S. Katz were named Super Lawyers “2023 Rising Stars”.  

The honor of being named a “Rising Star” is bestowed upon attorneys deemed to be making strides within the legal world, with high achievements and expertise competing across all firm sizes and over 70 practice areas. No more than 2.5 percent of attorneys are selected for this recognition.

David Bederman is now a third-time recipient of the Rising Star recognition having received the title in 2020, 2021, and 2023. He is an attorney at ACTS LAW and primarily practices in the areas of business litigation, insurance bad faith, civil rights, and catastrophic personal injury. Mr. Bederman is a Loyola Law School Graduate and is an active member of the American Association of Justice (AAJ), a member of Consumer Attorneys of California (CAOC) and a board member for Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles (CAALA). 

Joseph Finnerty is an associate with ACTS LAW. Mr. Finnerty’s practice focuses on catastrophic personal injury, toxic tort, wrongful death and civil rights.
