Adriana Bakalian is an associate attorney at ACTS Law, where she focuses her practice on civil litigation, with an emphasis on catastrophic personal injury and premises liability cases. Ms. Bakalian received her Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University of California, Los Angeles. She earned her Juris Doctor from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles, where she distinguished herself as a dedicated advocate and leader within the law school community. Ms. Bakalian was a member of Loyola Law School’s nationally ranked Byrne Trial Advocacy Team, competing in multiple mock trial competitions and winning a regional championship at the Texas Young Lawyers Association National Trial Competition. While in law school, Ms. Bakalian also held leadership roles, including Vice President of the Trial Lawyers Association and Professional Development Chair of the Armenian Law Students Association.
Ms. Bakalian’s legal training includes experience in both civil and criminal litigation. As a certified law clerk with the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office, she prepared and conducted preliminary hearings, examined law enforcement officers, and argued motions on the record. She later applied those advocacy skills in civil practice while clerking at several respected plaintiff-side firms, where she drafted pleadings and motions, handled written discovery, analyzed medical records, and prepared settlement demands in complex personal injury matters.

Ms. Bakalian is fluent in Armenian. Outside of her legal work, she enjoys Pilates, cooking, and spending time with her family.
