Howard Blumenthal is the managing attorney for the pre litigation department at ACTS LAW. He also manages a litigation team and is a consultant who is hired by lawyers throughout the state to assist them with their personal injury practice. He has been a licensed attorney in California for almost twenty eight years.

With over thirty five years of experience handling personal injury cases, few attorneys have the unique background in providing clients with excellent legal services. Mr. Blumenthal has spent almost 27 years as a plaintiff’s attorney representing injured parties and prior to that he was an insurance adjuster, a settlement negotiator at a personal injury law firm and a defense attorney.

He has personally resolved over 5000 personal injury cases and has participated in hundreds of mediations and arbitrations both as a litigator and as a mediator. Mr. Blumenthal has both jury trial and bench trial experience including most recently in 2022 a jury verdict of $716,000.00. He completed his legal studies at the University of West Los Angeles, graduated with the class of 1995, and passed the bar on the first attempt in 1996.

He has been an invited speaker at CAALA Vegas, TBI MED Legal Conference, CSIMS, Southwestern Law School and ICHTHUS as well as in numerous webinars. Mr. Blumenthal is also a top-rated attorney selected to Super Lawyers for 2020 – 2023.

He is married and has three children and resides in Valencia.
