Douglas Rochen is a strategic partner responsible for the firm’s catastrophic injury practice group. Over the course of Mr. Rochen’s career, he has successfully represented consumers in the areas of trucking accidents, wrongful death, product liability, sexual abuse, traumatic brain injury, paralysis, catastrophic orthopedic loss, amputation, mass tort disaster, sensory loss, civil rights, premises liability, and pharmaceutical litigation. As one of the firm’s litigation trial lawyers, he prides himself on creating a focused comprehensive solution to his client’s needs and goals without jeopardizing the quality of the work and results while maintaining a commitment to professional and personal excellence.
