Associate Justin J. Eballar helps accident and disaster victims recover damages for physical, emotional, and property damages after they have been physically or economically injured. Mr. Eballar has obtained over ten-million dollars for his clients in a wide breadth of catastrophic injury, class action, and mass action cases, including, but not limited to, car accidents, trips and slips, equipment failures, tree falls, sexual assaults, accidental shootings, intentional shootings, wildfires, apartment fires, gas leaks, and other physical and property damage cases.
Mr. Eballar has been recognized by Super Lawyers as a Rising Star each consecutive year since 2018 in the fields of Civil Litigation and Personal Injury. In 2017, he published an article in the Daily Journal, describing legal difficulties under the Government Recreational Trail Immunity. In his spare time, Mr. Eballar serves as a volunteer attorney for the Grassroots Law Project and Pepperdine School of Law’s Disaster Relief Clinic.
Mr. Eballar received his Juris Doctor from Pepperdine University School of Law, where he competed in Moot Court competitions and was a member of Phi Delta Phi. He obtained his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Philosophy from Seattle University.
