Karina Villa, Esq. has had several years of experience successfully litigating cases and obtaining favorable results for her clients. 

She began her legal career as a post-graduate fellow through the prestigious American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA) Fellowship Program in 2016. As a fellow, Karina was placed in the chambers of retired Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Mark Mooney and at two highly respected Los Angeles litigation firms.

Karina is devoted to those she represents, fighting hard for justice on their behalf. Her practice areas include: personal injury; commercial/premises liability; habitability; and cases involving wrongful death.

In her previous role, as a Senior Associate on a trial team, she handled cases from inception to end by handling all areas of discovery, conducting research, drafting and arguing motions and oppositions, taking and defending depositions, as well as preparing clients and experts for their depositions. She also diligently prepared for trial and appeared in trial as second chair. Karina obtained the privilege of training at the Jack Daniels’ Los Angeles ABOTA Trial School.

Karins works tirelessly and diligently in her profession as an attorney at ACTS Law in order to ensure that she is a good role model for future generations of men and women within the legal field.

She is a graduate of Loyola Law School, Los Angeles where she obtained her Juris Doctorate. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of California, Irvine majoring in Political Science as well as in International Studies.
