Renata Salo maintains a key role in the firms’ success as a founding partner responsible for strategic litigation planning and work-product quality, as well as serving the important role as the backbone to ACTS’ trial team. Her focus is on catastrophic personal injury, wrongful death, dangerous conditions, government liability and first-party insurance bad faith.

Throughout her career, she has consistently achieved immeasurable results in the multiple millions for cases involving insurance bad faith, catastrophic personal injury, and complex business litigation.

Prior to forming ACTS, she was a partner with Treyzon & Associates after honing her skills as a defense lawyer with Marrone, Robinson, Frederick & Foster in Burbank, California. She is a member of Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles (CAALA), Consumer Attorneys of California (CAOC), and American Association of Justice (AAJ). She is admitted to practice in California state courts as well as federal district courts in the Central District of California.
