ACTS Law attorneys Alin Ghayvandian and Slava Kasreliovich obtained a $2.2 million settlement in a premise liability case. An elderly woman in her 80s fell in her apartment complex on a puddle of rain water because of poor maintenance and upkeep of the property by the management company. In the fall, she broke her femur, which required surgical intervention. The injury stripped her of a lot of her independence and essentially deprived her of enjoyment of her golden years.
