$4.3 Million Settlement

ACTS LAW obtained a $4.3 million settlement in a Motorcycle vs. Transit Van case. Our clients a forty-year-old motorcyclist was operating his Harley Davidson motorcycle at 62 mph in a 40-mph roadway when a shuttle van pulled out of driveway into the path of the motorcyclist.
