Confidential Settlement Product Defect Case

ACTS LAW partners Boris Treyzon and Doug Rochen as well as attorneys Joe Finnerty and Slava Kasreliovich obtained a $5.5 million settlement in a product defect case. Our client attempted to use the product, it exploded in flames, causing third degree burns to 84% of his body. Firefighters and an ambulance had to be called in to help the client who required multiple surgeries over the course of several weeks. These surgeries included skin graphs and surgeries to his hand. The product was an aerosol can used for customizing cars.
