Brianna Y. Franco is an associate at ACTS LAW, where her practice focuses on complex property damage matters, including construction defects, landslides, and earth movement.
She represents homeowners and community associations in matters involving defective construction, improper site development, and failures of building systems and components. Ms. Franco is well versed in the SB 800 pre-litigation process, managing all phases from initial investigations through inspections and negotiations.
In her landslide and earth movement practice, Ms. Franco represents clients in matters involving slope instability, subsidence, and drainage failures, including actions against public entities for inverse condemnation. She is committed to placing her clients’ needs at the forefront and advocating for meaningful, lasting solutions.
Ms. Franco is an active member of the Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles (CAALA), Consumer Attorneys of California (CAOC), and the Consumer Attorneys of San Diego (CASD).
She received her Juris Doctor from Loyola Law School, where she served as Co-President of La Raza de Loyola and as Chief Note and Comment Editor of Loyola’s International Law Review. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Communication from the University of California, Santa Barbara, and was admitted to the California State Bar in 2019.
