Christa Ramey is an experienced trial attorney who has exclusively represented plaintiffs throughout her career. Ms. Ramey represents claims involving children who have suffered catastrophic injuries due to sexual abuse or school negligence.
Christa believes that achieving justice for those injured due to the negligence or intentional wrongs of another is her true calling. Representing children victimized is richly rewarding when she can help change her client’s lives for the better and can help hold the responsible party accountable for hurting someone.
She’s obtained several seven-figure verdicts and seven and eight-figure settlements on behalf of minors who have suffered injuries while on school grounds or through the negligence of school officials. Various media outlets over her career have highlighted her work.
At ACTS LAW, our skilled and knowledgeable attorneys represent victims in a broad array of case types. We are trial tested and zealous advocates for the rights of our clients. See how we’ve helped others, and how we can help you.
In addition, Ms. Ramey has also represented children who have been subjected to school bullying. We all know how it feels to be bullied, whether at school or the workplace, to feel pushed around and powerless. But in reality, we are not powerless. We can bring aggressors and the institutions that ignore or enable them to justice. Many of the children she represents in bullying cases have special needs. So when she can help the most vulnerable among us, it is the most gratifying work she can imagine.
